Avoid loud music and disruptive noise in the apartment, hallways and shared areas. Quiet hours are 2:00–4:00 pm and 11:00 pm–8:00 am.

Please follow these rules to keep everyone in the building safe and comfortable.
🎉 No parties
Do not host parties, events or gatherings that disturb the neighbours. The apartment is for registered guests staying here.
👥 Guests and access
No overnight guests outside your booking without our permission. Do not share access links, codes or keys with strangers, or let unknown people into the building.
🚭 No smoking indoors
Do not smoke inside the apartment, including e-cigarettes. If smoking outside, be considerate of neighbours and dispose of cigarette ends properly.
🔑 Secure the apartment
When you leave, lock the door, close windows, switch off lights and air conditioning, and remove the key from the power slot. Keep your keys with you during your stay. Do not tamper with locks, safety devices or utilities.
🧹 Take care of the space
Use furnishings and equipment with care. Dispose of waste as shown in this guide. Tell us promptly about any damage, faults, water leaks or lost keys so we can help.
