LA BELLA MILANO
Power outage
First, check that the key is inserted in the power slot near the apartment entrance.
Check outside the apartment
Look at the landing and, if possible, check whether neighbours also have no power. Emergency lighting alone does not tell you.
The building is dark too
There may be a general outage. Wait for power to return and contact us if needed. Do not go to the meter room.
Check outages with Unareti ↗Only the apartment has no power
Switch off appliances you were using together, such as the oven, hob and hairdryer. Then follow the steps below.
Keep hands and floor dry. Use your phone flashlight and the stairs, not the lift.
1. Check the panel near the entrance
Look at the switches in the photo. If one is at “0/OFF”, move it to “I/ON” once only.
If all are at “I/ON”, the apartment still has no power and neighbours have electricity, continue.
2. Open the glass door
On the ground floor, find the glass door near the lifts shown in the photo.
Open it and go through.
3. Find the staircase
Beyond the door, follow the passage in the photo to the shared staircase.
4. Go down to floor −1
Use the stairs. On floor −1, look for the black door beside the staircase shown in the photo.
5. Open the black door
Look for the red fire-extinguisher sign. Use the building entrance key.
If it will not open, stop and message us. Do not force it.
6. Find the highlighted meter
Find the meter in the lower row, inside the green outline in the photo.
Check the “NUBILE” label in the next photo. Do not touch other meters.
7. Check “NUBILE” and the blue switch
The meter must say “NUBILE”. Look only at the blue switch at the bottom of the meter.
If it is at “0/OFF”, move it to “I/ON” once only. If already at “I/ON”, leave it and contact us.
If power does not return or the switch trips again, stop and message us. Do not open covers or touch wires or other switches. If you notice water, smoke, sparks or a burning smell, move away. In an emergency, call 112.
